& Imperfectly Happy
Hello and welcome!
I’m Tiffany Davis and Imperfectly Happy is my little home on the web. I am a Jesus-loving wife and mom to four awesome kids. I am a lover of vintage, especially vintage skills; this treasured knowledge that is slipping away from us in our fast-paced consumer world.
Happiness is digging in the garden, playing with chickens, seeing a child light up during our homeschooling time and learning and sharing skills for a more self-sufficient life…no mater where you live! Well that’s happiness to me.
I started Imperfectly Happy so I could share my experience and passion for the homesteading life. A journey I started after researching GMOs and seeing how vintage skills were taking more of a backseat to technology. Don’t get me wrong I enjoy my iphone and computer but I also love to make soap, can and loom knit.
I believe gardens and small livestock in the backyard is a revolution but it is nothing new! I believe it is connecting us with skills that have nearly passed away in the 21st century. It has become my slice of sanity in an often insane world…
I hope that the information I share (good, bad and OH DEAR LORD) will encourage you, move you and make you laugh.
I hope you enjoy what I post. If you do, then come again, comment and share with others. If you don’t…well you know the thing about your hiney and the door on the way out…
Remember it is all about being happy in the imperfections of life…so welcome.
