& Imperfectly Happy
I’m Tiffany Davis and Imperfectly Happy is my little home on the web. I am a Jesus-loving wife and mom to four awesome kids. I am a lover of vintage, especially vintage skills; this treasured knowledge that is slipping away from us in our fast-paced consumer world.
Nothing makes me quite as happy as digging in the yard, completing new projects around our micro homestead, sharing what I’ve learned and working on a more self-sufficient life right here in the burbs.
I don’t consider myself an expert in anything; I’m not a master of anything. I started Imperfectly Happy as a way to share my experience, passion and my honest mistakes as a backyard suburban homesteading and homeschooling wife and mom. I also like to throw in some recipes, life experiences and essential oils from time to time. I may even get on my slightly beat-up soap box to talk GMOs, Big Government and Come to Jesus Meetings. 😉
I believe gardens and small livestock in the backyard is a revolution but it is nothing new! I believe it is connecting us with skills that have nearly passed away in the 21st century. It has become my slice of sanity in an often insane world…
I hope that the information I share (good, bad and OH DEAR LORD) will encourage you, move you and make you laugh.
I hope you enjoy what I post. If you do, then come again and comment often. If you don’t…well you know the thing about your hiney and the door on the way out…
Remember it is all about being happy in the imperfections of life…so welcome.
